At altitudes ranging from 1,800 to 2,350 meters, delicate coffee blossoms bloom across ancient terraces, cultivated by hands that have shaped this land for generations. Every sip is a journey through time, revealing layers of tradition and authenticity. We are proud to reintroduce our extraordinary Wadi Al-Maa coffee, first released in 2019. Today, it returns with a bold new vision, crafted through an innovative anaerobic fermentation process developed by coffee pioneer Ali Al-Diwani. This meticulous method ensures precise control over the fermentation environment, enhancing the distinct character of every bean. Sourced from the Lahab region, this exceptional harvest features the revered Typica and Bourbon varieties. Grown at high altitudes, these beans unfold into a rich tapestry of caramel, berries, peach, and dried raisins, promising an experience that lingers long after the last sip.
